Here's what I think will happen if Harley has a baby: by the time the kid grows into a young adult, maybe the time period will be like it is in the tv show Batman: Beyond. That would be freaking awesome.
This must mean that her original pregnancy test was faulty, and now that the joker is dead, she's overcome with greif that she doesn't have his baby anymore and went insane (well, more than she already is).
Going off what ryrocker said, it HAS been nine months since the game came out. I don't know how many months after the events of Arkham City this DLC takes place, but this nine month timeline would make sense and explain why she has a crib. She has already gone through the pregnancy and had the kid. Now the pregnancy tests are showing she is no longer pregnant, meaning that she has given birth. Any thoughts?
