Interesting fact: apparently Sergio Leone didn't write regular scripts but had the "bullet points" thing. Part of that was he was a non-English speaking director working with English-speaking actors, though.

I personally think comedy is much harder to write. What I think is funny might not be what your audience think is funny. So it's a constant state of figuring what exactly works and what's going to far. Drama is easier just because any kind of drama your audience is typically going to empathize with. Now as far acting goes I will say that comedy is easier to act than drama. Not everyone can emote well but usually they'll be able to tell a joke. But with any genre there's good and bad forms of it. And not every writer is going to perfect at writing everything. Everything is based on your experiences. The best writing comes from your own personal experiences.

Honestly, looking at the line up I didn't think I'd have much interest in this podcast but damn it worked well. Shows the amount of amazing characters that work at Rooster Teeth, especially the ones who aren't front of stage

I was originally excited to hear Chris and Josh talk about Day 5 stuff or their writing process in the main podcast, but it was overtaken by Blaine's insecurities. It was only funny for the first 20 minutes or so, but I guess thats why there's a post show. Thank you for providing a little glimpse into each of your styles.
